The date for the field trip is Tuesday April, 30 2013. The students and teachers are going to be in the bus and pulling out of the parking lot at 9:00 am, the parents that are coming as chaperones can follow the bus there or can meet us at the educational gate around 9:30 am. We will be leaving Sea World at 1:30 pm precisely. The cost of admission for adults is $6. CHAPERONES MUST PAY BY CHECK TO THE PTA AND HAVE IT DELIVERED TO THE TEACHER BY TUESDAY APRIL 23, OR ELSE YOU WILL NOT BE ATTENDING. If you have a fun card, silver or platinum sea world pass please provide a copy to your child's teacher, you will not have to pay the $6.
If you are going to be a chaperone I have a packet of information that you will need to fill out and return ASAP.
This is the list of chaperones coming on the field trip. If you no longer wish to attend then please email me back ASAP so someone else can go. I am only able to take 24 parents on this field trip. I attached your child's name to the side. Some of you I do not recognize the name. Please email me back and let me know which child is in my class.
