4. What do you feel is your greatest strength that qualifies you for this job?
5. Describe some of the skills that are needed to be a good team member in this job?
6. What do you feel would be your greatest challenge for this job?
7. Why do you want this job? Is there a questions about this job that you would like to ask me? ***Suggestion: Do not say no to this last question. Always be ready to ask a question when they ask if you have any questions.
8. What school activities are you currently involved in?
9. Do you prefer working alone or with people?
10. How would your friends describe you?
11. Name someone you admire. What do you admire most about this person?
12. Do you like working with computers?
13. Are you a good communicator? Do you like to write or speak in public? Why?
14. Are you dependable? Give me an example of your dependability.
15. Are you a leader? How have you demonstrated leadership in the past?
16. Are you creative? Give me an example of a time you were a good team member.
Make sure during the interview that you:
- have a good personal appearance
- have good eye contact
- articulate your words
- sell yourself/qualifications
